Subject of the contract
This document governs the conditions of reservation, payment, cancellation and
stay at the vacation home “‘O Vascio d’ 'a Sirena.” The reservation made
through this site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Reservation and payment
Reservations can be made online through the interactive calendar,
by selecting the desired dates. Direct payment by credit card is provided,
debit card, bank transfer or cash.
Confirmation of the reservation may require the payment of a deposit,
as indicated at the time of booking.
The balance must be paid in advance at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

Reservation cancellation is free of charge if made at least 7 days before the
scheduled arrival date.
In case of late cancellation (within 7 days) or no-show,
there is no refund.

Tourist tax
The guest is required to pay the tourist tax prescribed by the City of Naples,
amounting to €5.00 per guest per night, payable upon arrival in cash, unless otherwise
specified.

Check-in and Check-out
● Check-in: from 2:30 p.m. (also self check-in mode)
● Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
Structure rules
● Smoking is not allowed inside the facility.
● You are required to turn off lights and air conditioner every time you leave.
● No events or parties are allowed inside the accommodation.
● Pets are allowed upon request.
● The facility is not accessible to people with disabilities.

Responsibilities
The guest is responsible for the accommodation and furnishings during the stay. Any damage
done will be charged to the person in charge.
The owner is not liable for theft or loss of personal property not resulting from her
negligence.

Legal obligations and guest registration
By law, guests must present a valid ID. The data will be
transmitted to the competent authorities (Police Housing Portal) in compliance with the
current regulations.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Italian law.
The Court of Naples shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, unless otherwise provided for consumer protection.
